From 2002 to 2006, studied at Peking University and obtained a bachelor's degree in economics and law. Participated in the compilation of several monographs e.g. Urban Development Investment and Financing Planning Practice, Urbanization and PPP, Infrastructure Market-oriented Investment and Financing Practice, PPP Concept and Practice, and On Chinese-style PPP. Published nearly 100 articles in China Construction News, China Investment, Economic Observer, the company's official account and other media.
